All I can tell you about them is that they have all of their trucks leased to PRIME. To me that speaks volumes.

Prime also brokers loads that are up for grabs by any driver or company that uses their service.....you dont have to be leased to Prime to get a Prime load.

Maybe they use one of Primes Logistics services like any Owner Operator can do that hauls under their own authority.

Yeah, I think, they are the reefer side of Prime. I could be wrong, though. :P

a couple yrs. ago i went down to Strafford Mo.and had a chat with Wil-Trans talked with a recruiter named Mike BS'ed about quite a bit he did tell me that they had just moved Wil Trans dispatsh over to the Prime building,so i said your saying your's and Prime's dispatch is side by side he said yup i went hmmmm i see. Just makes ya wonder thats all my 2 cents worth.
