Default Advice needed

I've started my journey into getting my CDL. Contacted Swift so far, and they basically want me to come out to Memphis to train. My question is, with all the negativity's floating around about Swift, does anyone have anything good to advise to a newbie starting out with them? What should I expect?

Also had a question about recruiters, because the one who I was placed with so far cannot answer me correctly, and is extremely vague and hard to understand, can I possibly talk to someone else who can answer my questions? What sorta questions should I ask them?

Basically any 'good' comments would be great.

Thanks.

Although I don't drive for Swift one positive thing I would say is you almost always have freight an never have to wait for a load.

Things to ask:
-miles per week
-benefits
-time away from home
-dispatch policies
-maintainence
-what division will you be driving in
-do they provide a cell phone
-who are their major customers
-what terminal will you be working out of
-etc, etc
