With the A/C on it gets to 50 when the outside temp is 80. As the outside temp goes up, so does the inside temp. I think an A/C can only cool down 30 or 40 degrees less than what the outside temp is, not sure. The fan really doesn't blow like my car does and I may look into that some day. I have a feeling that all the duct moving parts may need a little oil because I can feel a breeze on the floor and defroster when only the vent is selected. That may be the cause of the less than desired air flow.

Oh...that isn't a gauge with a long pointed probe?

Pulp core gauge...for measuring core temp?...most Reefer drivers carry them, some fruits and vegetable loads are hauled near freezing.
Now and then you are required to take core temps on temp sensitive product...like pineapple. They record temps on top of load, and on the bottom, both at Shipping, and then again at Receiving.

On my Garmin nuvi 350 there was a sticker that came with the package that says:

California Vehicle Code Section 26708(a) provides that drivers in California should not use suction mount on windshield or side or rear windows.

and

Disclaimer: California and Minnesota prohibit drivers from using suction mounts on their windshield.

Good thing there's no sticker that says you can't slap that GPS baby onto your forehead!

The DOT would be bustin' a gut so hard that you'd just roll right through without a problem!

Some of the older ones are the face dial like what I think I was looking at.
Mine is digital.

Yeah, I knew what you were talking about. One of our guys takes one with him when he runs a route to Dallas/Ft Worth. After he is done with his route, he picks up a backhaul at SYSCO Dallas. He picks up meats, and oysters. Me, and my buddy unload the backhaul with a pallet jack. Sometimes, the night time supervisor comes over to us and he shoots the bull with us. He's a spanish guy, and I guess, it throws him off, but I always tell him that those are mountain oysters, :P and he is always like, :|.
