I have no accidents 1 speeding ticket from 3 years ago(10 mphover) no felonies no dui dwi , and my license has never been suspended for over 3 weeks. I,m 25 6'2 250 in great shape and looking for an opportunity to make good money for me and my children. Someone please help?!

I seriously doubt it. Not for a long time anyway.
Even though the suspensions were for non moving violations it still shows a pattern of being very irresponsible.

like i asked how long has it been since your last suspension? more then 3 years? if you explain they werent moving violations they may allow it. but i mean come on 4 parking tickets??
i know here a PT is $20 $10 if you pay it that day at the court house. so you gave up your priviledge to drive for $40-$80?? wow

You can ask for a hearing from the court and ask that those records be sealed. Many people with DUI's do that and only a judge can open those files back up if your in trouble.
My guess is that this would be a no brainer for a judge and he/she would do it in a heartbeat once you pleaded your case. In New Hampshire we have a special judge who handles cases for the DMV so you may have to do a little checking to find out who to talk to.
