Hi I'm 25 years old I am looking into companies to sponsor me getting my cdl. So far i have been turned down by the large companies shneider crst cr england. They said i have two many suspensions(5 of them 4 for unpaid parking tickets and 1 for not paying a monthly payment on a surcharge) I know very stupid. I have no accidents 1 speeding ticket from 3 years ago(10 mphover) no felonies no dui dwi , and my license has never been suspended for over 3 weeks. I,m 25 6'2 250 in great shape and looking for an opportunity to make good money for me and my children. Someone please help?!

I seriously doubt it. Not for a long time anyway.

Even though the suspensions were for non moving violations it still shows a pattern of being very irresponsible.

Thats part of the problem.... you should!!!! 5 suspensions and you think your driving record isn't "horrible"? One of the things that companies look at is sense of responsibility, You dont seem to have that.

Awwwww.... Come on Fozzy, give him a break. None of these charges were HIS fault. This all in the past he is a changed person, starting TODAY.

like i asked how long has it been since your last suspension? more then 3 years? if you explain they werent moving violations they may allow it. but i mean come on 4 parking tickets??

i know here a PT is $20 $10 if you pay it that day at the court house. so you gave up your priviledge to drive for $40-$80??

wow

You can ask for a hearing from the court and ask that those records be sealed. Many people with DUI's do that and only a judge can open those files back up if your in trouble.

My guess is that this would be a no brainer for a judge and he/she would do it in a heartbeat once you pleaded your case.

In New Hampshire we have a special judge who handles cases for the DMV so you may have to do a little checking to find out who to talk to.
