Just with my experience with Swift, if you are only using those 2 for examples I would have to say swift because as of yet we are not using the paperless logs.

Check out Crete, CFI you might have better luck thou. Keep your options broader then 2! There is alot of info on Crete, and CFI on here. And have not heard anything bad about either. BOL with ya.

The fact that if im at a receiver and cannot move my truck, but they are making me move cannot park there and im out of hours. I get a log violation. That to me sucks, I do not run illegal but I do not want tracked that much. There are times that you need to run that extra 15 mins. And with paperless logs cannot do it. I have been with swift for 13 months and have not had any violations. Feel if I was with Werner I would have a few.

Swift is also testing the paperless logs, have been for about a year. And they cannot get them to work properly.

SNI is going paperless in about 2 years.
I will go elsewhere then that happens.

Stay away from both of them, they have horrendous reputation that are well deserved.

I don't know what part of the country you are in, but check out companies like Millis, Roehl, Decker or if your into flatbed TMC or Maverick. These are all training company with good reputations. Even Schnieder has a better rep, they just don't pay very well.

You might find that these companies will want you to run with a trainer again though, because you have so little experience.

Also, I would go out of my way to find a company that pays practical miles, not HHG.
