X is combination of Tank Vehicle and Hazardous Materials.(HAZMAT tanker) (I think :P )

That is what I was thinking too. I was just in a rush and wife had my car which had my paperwork and CDL Manual in it. I was going to fill out he form online real quick and head down to get my finger prints and the first question on the form stumped me. Thanks again for the quick reply.
The lady at fingerprint said the letter would come in 4-5 weeks and would look like everyday junk mail,
