Pilot/Escort vehicle drivers
A short time back there was an O/S load that got "out of route" in Portland and really screwed things up...The Escort driver was laughing about it.
My question is how much say so does the escort driver have? It seemed to me he should have done something to help prevent the incident. What are the requirements, qaulifications the those drivers?
