WILL THIS STOP ME FROM GETTING INTO TRUCKING? SHOULD I EVEN MENTION IT ON MY APPLICATION OR DON'T MENTION AT ALL BECAUSE I WASN'T CONVICTED?

I APPLIED FOR SCHNEIDER AND CALL MYSELF BEING HONEST ABOUT IT AND THE RECRUITER TOLD ME WE COULD GO NO FURTHER WITH MY APP. TOLD ME IT HAS 2 BE 5YRS OLD.
