company research

Doe's anybody know of a trust worthy source that can give you a companies record of accidents , driver complaints and customer satisfaction all in one comprehensive report .

I've tried the BBB (Better Business Bureau) , as well as Hoovers but some info is limited. Any help on this subject would be most appreciated !

one source: no
customer complaints: don't think so

i made a stab at it, trying with my carrier info spread sheet. I had the same questions.

For company safety info, go to safersys.org. The site is maintained by the FMCSA. For the other info, there's no consolidated site(s). BOL

I'm new to the industry, but I think you might be over thinking the whole thing. Just find somewhere that you can get some experience, go with it, then you can go whatever direction you want after that. If you try to knit pick the whole process you will just end up stressing yourself out over it.
