Utah had floodlights out at 2am during the 72hour inspection. I thought they'd be closed, but good thing I made it through with no hassle.

SC had cops EVERYWHERE during the 72 hr blitz with roadside prtables everywhere too.

california i remembered as having more bs in every aspect of life than anywhere.routinely got in the inspection bay for a fresh cvsa decal. i saw one inspection bay in the bay area that had flourescent lights flush mounted in the floor.
ive been in washington and oregon 9 years but it sounds like cali has put on a myriad of regulations since i last hauled freight down there.
