Default curious about what dm or dispatchers make....

was just curious what these guys make a year doing this.

I would guess between $30-50M. You may have some making more, but my guess is that this would be in the ball park. Some of the recruiters who frequent the forum could probably best answer your question. I have met some and most of them seem to be on the lower end of the scale I listed.

Someone who is new starts out in the 28k range and the average one 32-40K, the most experienced ones 40-45k.

Usually have some type of bonus to earn to get over the 45k range.

One company has a bonus plan that scores the dispatcher on
How many driver quit the company from their board, if they get the drivers home on time, fuel compliance, on time delivery % etc.

Most companies have gotten away from bonuses based on mileage bceause of the legal liability on Hours of service.
