I hope that you are not considering leaving CFI for JB Hunt!!

What you do is none of my affair, but I think it would be a big mistake!!

Well, fkbmlb!! (BTW, I've always wondered what that stood for!!)

It's your gig, but when I hear about these JB Hunt jobs, they all seem to sound so good; yet, if they truly were as good as they sound, then why would JB Hunt recruiters be out pounding the truck stop parking lots, looking for fresh meat??

What I do know is that in terms of compensation, benefits, and equipment, the company that I used to drive for was not as good as CFI.(Wonderful people, and an awesome dispatcher though!!)

I do know that we had a number of Ex-JB Hunt drivers leave JB to come to work for us. There stories were often the same; JB Hunt was long on promises, but short on delivering as promised, and notorious for the old "Bait and Switch" routine!!

I don't know of any of our drivers who left us (voluntarily, at least!!) to go drive for JB Hunt, nor do I know of any drivers who had left CFI to come drive for us.

It seems that the grass is always greener, until it's time to mow!!

In any event, BOL2U, whatever you decide to do!!

JB now puts all their dedicated account specifics in writing so there is no questions or misunderstandings. From my experience with them, the dedicated I work on is as promised. Good luck or your decision.
