If you ain't worried about getting caught, outta take the truck move it somewhere else, like another lot, cut the truck off then lock the doors with the keys still in it. Let him explain that one.

He got a knock on his window about 10 minutes after a guy in another Oregon based carrier's truck and asked if my friend was going to idle all night and he said that he would only be doing it for a couple hours then off to bed. About 45 minutes later the other driver took off. My friend gets out to "stretch" before going to bed and found that the side of his truck had "A$$hole" keyed in the side of his sleeper paint.

Some guys get WAY to worked up out here on the road!!!

That's the act of a true coward, wish your bud would have caught him in the act.
Guy would have crapped his pants.

I need to key his and flatten his tires. I have never seen this before. How many of you idle your truck for hours and hours when youre not in it.
Where were you guys at, what was the temp outside, and if someone wants to idle their truck its their own business!

So what your saying is steal the truck, that's what it amounts to!
Why do people worry so much about what other people do??

Adjusting to your surroundings is a big part of trucking. Just do your job safe and efficient and do not worry about the other guys truck idling.

if someone wants to waste fuel by idling the truck and not be in it ,it is none of your business unless you are the person/company that is buying the fuel.

Dude, it was a joke. If you don't like what I write, then don't read it and move on.

It's not that I mind idling but stupid people need to be taught a lesson if it is possible to teach them anything. Eventually a real thief is going to come by and steal the truck from that driver while he is sitting at home watching TV over the weeknd. If your with the truck or right there where you can still see it, ok fine but parking it and then leaving the grounds while it idles, it's only a matter of time.
