You need to figure out what your priorities are. Hometime, income, benefits, equipment.... it all comes into play. Best way to go about it is to sit down and think about what you need... what kind of figures you're needing to make to maintain the standard of living that you want or have, what kind of family obligations there are for hometime, where you live (being in Tulsa, you're in a great major freight lane anyway), and what you need as far as health insurance and other benefits. Then interview your prospective companies to find out if your priorities and their priorities match up.

Living in Tulsa, you may also wish to look at Arrow if you're wanting to flatbed.

you got the choice between free worker and indentured laborer. seems to me like a no brainer.
