Default mvr

I live in Ohio, they keep records for mvr for three years. Mine will be clean in a few months. My question is can compaines go further back than that?

thanks,
moose

depends on the state. Some only will release a 3 year abstract while others have a choice of 3,5,7 or 10 year MVR available to the "public".

Also what will drop off your record depends on the offense. A basic traffic violation may drop off in 3 years while a reckless driving or hish speed ticket may stay on for 5-10 years or more regardless of the amount of time your MVR goes back.

most MVR stuff here in Misery errr Missouri comes off in 3 yrs.cause the wifey will have a accident come off on 02/04/07 that will be 3 yrs.also it is from the date of conviction when you go before the judge for the final disposition. Some ppl.get confused like the wife did and i tried to tell her how it was well a insurance agent had to tell her then it sunk in.

Some I've called go back 3 years for most tickets, except for reckless driving ticket few years ago. That takes five years to "forgive". Anyone know if its expunged will it still be detected on reports truck companies pull?
