I have a question about the Schneider training program, I went through it and now have been driving as a tram for two years, I have a buddy starting this coming Friday and he cane up with a question I can't seem to find an answer for.
If you are doing ok, but fail the CDl after the training is over, you have to get your CDl after 2 weeks in Green Bay? I know of three people that happened to when I was up there, one got sent home, another was sent for more training in NC and another got extra training in Green Bay.

I'm not sure, but I think you may get a second chance to take the test.
They may even offer a third try if necessary before termination. I read this on PD.com about a guy who failed his DMV test three times, and was finally fired.

Gosh, I'm sorry he was terminated, but after testing and failing three times, I'm left to wonder if driving a big truck is the right career choice for him!!!! |
