It is getting there! When was the last time you were in this area? I know they had a special on the news about gang members and gangs moving into the area in Spokane and here.

Sad to see!

I grew up in Sandpoint Idaho and Post Falls was nothing more than a trailer park and Spokane was the place for stuff like this, now Post falls is bigger than CDA and Hayden combined. I am not a bit surprised that it happened, we all now call that area Couerdafornia for the past several years. When I lived in Sandpoint population was less than 4000 people, now its close to 10000, the whole county (bonner) was less tan 25000 which at the time was smaller than Couerdafornia itself, I went to school in Priest lake and it still is the same town. Their is nothin pretty about that T/S, it has always been a trashy place that I can remember. Just go acrross state line to the new pilot or petro not sure what it is but its nice i heard, think its a pilot...hmmmm anyway, I try to avoid trashy places, mostly trashy people hang out with the trashy environment...

If Post Falls is bigger than CDA, It has been a long time since I've been there.
I visit Liberty Lake all the time, as I still have relatives that live there.
The last time I was in Post Falls, It was just a sleepy town between Spokane, and CDA. Back when the Cloud 9 restaurant was still around.
My personal opinion is, shoot the damn gang bangers. Every last one of them.

land wise yes Post falls, bought and moved there line , they are spread from west of hayden all the way to stateline, post falls was just a trailer park and a gas station, now they have more police than CDA , most of the crime now is in Post Falls rater than CDA, people wise I think there getting close too CDA, I know they built lots of housing districts and post falls is were lots of spokane businesses are moving, cheaper to pay $5.15 per hour and not pay $7.50 so like Sysco of Spokane is like a block away from that flying j, and it says Sysco of Spokane, but its in post falls idaho the cheap bastards you know whats and extra buck fifty and hour huh, actual most of the businesses in post falls are spokane based companies, post falls did this to get a tax base because the tried to annex with CDA and got shut down so now they are growing and got the spokane ceo's to move their to pay less wages, what some poeple do to make money, yup rip off yer helpers and starve them yup..... anyway postfalls will be bigger and CDA now has no room to grow because Post Falls bought all the land....CDA will now become the ghetto of North Idaho.....

It has that look of Cal. All those subdivisions rammed up together. I loved the unique and quaint houses with space. And the really sad part is those homes are JUNK! My mom bought me a dishwasher for Christmas and the delivery guy was telling me horror stories about some of the homes. One did not even have a stud and they had just hung the microwave on the wall.
And there were a few other stories. I also read one on blog. There is no accountability. These homes were inspected. Man if I were in the commissioners office someone would have there rear in BIG trouble in the building department. And those homes would not be smashed together.

I know they still own the press and the big resort. I think there are allot of big developers moving in here. I do not know how much of the town the Hagadons run anymore.

I have heard from some that they do not like any bad press in the area about the area. But we also have the Spokesman Review up here also.

You would be amazed at how much Post Falls has grown. CDA has grown also but not to the degree PF has.
