Default From when does experience count?

When somebody says they require 6 months, 1 yr, or whatever amount of experience, when do they count that from? Does is start when you go out with a trainer, or after you get your own truck?

For the first 2 years it is generally counted from the time you have completed OTJ training. Once you have 2 years experience in then most companies will count it from the first day you started with your 1st company and every month you drove after that.

once you get some experience under your belt like all four seasons of driving I would count back to the time you started at the company
