After 26 days of formal training at the Swift Academy, 4Days of orientation,6 weeks with a mentor And a final road and written test
I was released to SOLO STATUS last night.I picked up my truck today and will be ready for dispatch on Tues Morn ................................

Congrats I'll be heading out this week for Swift training myself. I'm so excited but I bet you are more excited at finally being solo huh? Be safe out there and keep the rubber side down on the hard stuff ok?

Everyone is hiring, just depends on what you want to do and where you want to start if you don't have any experience.
