One of the biggest challenges truck drivers face is consistently finding quality loads that fit schedule and preferences. What strategies have worked for you to secure steady loads? Do you prefer working with brokers or using load boards? I’d love to hear how others are navigating this!

Hey Rayden, I’m Yoshua, been in the game for 30+ years, so I’ve seen it all. Honestly, it’s all about balance. I’ve built solid broker relationships over the years, and that’s where I get a good chunk of my steady loads. But I also hit up load boards like DAT and Truckstop to fill in gaps. Load boards are a hustle, but if you keep an eye on the trends, you can grab some decent-paying freight.
