Tell him to watch the movie "waiting" and then ask him if he would still like you to serve him

Chuck dont feel bad, I am also with arrow, with a trainer as of yesterday , but we came into tulsa last night to stay in the hotel, and my trainer went to get drunk. Well i woke up in the morning and he wasnt in the room. He showed up about 9 am and said to get my stuff out of his truck, He got arrested for drunk in public and arrow took his training status from him. So now i need to get another trainer to finnish my hours. I have 83 hours completed driving and need to get to 120 so i can test out. Hopefully i dont sit around to long

Well said which is why drivers like you are considered "TMC Material"
Common sense and courtesy are a BIG part of life here and you'd be VERY surprised how many people lack BOTH!
When training my trainer NEVER had to ask me for, or to DO, anything. That's because I was doing or had done it already. I'd go out of my way to make him happy, comfortable and did what I could while learning to make his job easier. In return I learned more than most during my training period, got review and graded VERY well and was rewarded with a brand new truck, good runs, a good fleet manager and now a GRAVY RUN dedicated position. Sometimes you have to give in order to get what you want.
