If you're looking to become a truck driver, I'd recommend to find a trucking company you'd like to work for (pay, days out, equipment, type of freight). When you have a couple of candidates, call them and ask if they hire new drivers. If they do, ask them graduates of what schools they prefer. In this way, you'll be sure you have a job after graduation. Otherwise, you can spend 3k to 5k and then be unemployed because you have no trucking experience.
