Default New Driver messed up, any ideas?

I was trained by what I thought was a good company, but instead I have gotten messed up. I have two preventables on my record in a four month period. The first was a case of my trainer messing with me when I would not join him in the bunk and when in explained this to the company they said "what do you expect he is a guy?" and the second one I was not involved in but took a preventable for a lane change. (there were witnesses to the fact the person who caused the accident fled.)

My question, I really want to drive, but I cannot find a company that will hire me because of these preventables. How can I get back behind the wheel? I was not terminated from my training company, I quit.

If you think you have an idea, either post here, or email me, my addy is on my profile.

Thank you
Problem Child (Iron isn't it?)

My first preventable was during training, when I went past the trailer in my trainers bobtail, i saw the cracked reefer unit, but when I backed under the trailer I missed the kingpin (trailer was jacked high) and bumped the trailer. The pictures prove that I could not have done the damage, but my trainer said that I did. when I told the safety department that he had tried to get me to sleep with him, and I said no, they asked him his side, and then told me that I should expect this since he was a male.

The second preventable was during alane change, my truck was not involved at all, their were witnesses that told the police and the company rep that the person that caused the accident fled the scene, but the handed me another preventable.

I am screwed because now I cannot find a job in this field.

Sounds like you have a lawsuit for sexual harrassment on your hands. I bet if you went and got a lawyer that your "training company" would be a bit more cooperative. Hopefully you have names, dates, etc. written down. In the meantime, I'm sure a small local company would pick you up. It might not be what you want and it may suck big time, but at the time you don't have any alternative. Keep looking and don't give up the fight to clear your name and driving record. As long as you keep on it, you'll show people how serious you are about it.

A small company would be perfect, but I am under the impression that you must have two years experience to get on with a company like that, am I wrong?
