Default Hey everyone

Hello everyone. I've been lurking in the shadows the last week or so reading posts and I really like this forum. Everyone (99%) seem very knowledgeable and I've learned alot of things before I even start my training/orientation. I'm not sure what the general feeling is about Swift but I'll find out Monday for sure if I got the job. My recruiter says everything looks great so I'm kinda banging on that. Schneider won't touch me till Jan of '08 because of 2 tickets I got on my motorcycle in Jan of 2003 while in Phoenix at school (been spotless since).

Ne ways. Just kinda wanted to introduce myself and say hi now that I've come of out the woodwork.

Look forward to talking to everyone more and getting involved on the site.

Welcome to the forum, Krzysztof. You will hear positive and negatives about Swift. I think the biggest complaint is the governed speed. I did almost have one run over my hood a few weeks ago. I believe she had a trainer with her. If I hadn't been able to back up quickly, she would have gotten me. I almost backed into a truck trying to get out of her way. I consider that a failure of the trainer. She must not have had a mirror on the drivers side or she would have seen me. The interesting part is that she was moving forward.

Thanks everyone its good to be here I'm really stoked about my "hopefully" good phone call tommorow tellin me when I start training.

The hard part is gonna be leaving my g/f of 2 years and her 4y/o son and our 6mo son behind. But we've talked about it and she knows I'm doing it because I want to and how fed up I am at doing jobs others in my life wanted me to do.

But yeah just checking in again. Doing some re-arranging around the house before I ship out so things are easier on her while I'm gone.

Later everyone,

-Krzysztof
