DOT cops in NM would pull over speeding cars in construction zones. They were notorious for using LIDAR.

this is long time overdue it just might cut down on some road rage amonghst
us,but when i think about it i doubt it will slow road rage is a epidemic and there would would have to be a Trooper almost every mile.

 

good its about time they start cracking down on these stupid car drivers

 

Thank God, finally something that makes sense....Just yesterday I was p***ed about the injustices for traffic law enforcement and was gonna start a thread about it....May that start making all their money ticketing cars and well help them by calling them out on the CB...Im happy to see it wont be just us following laws and the minivan fully of schoolkids with mom running late and on phone while eating will get a ticket for cutting me off while overtaking on the shoulder without a turnsignal , nonworking lights, speeding in a workzone with bald tires in the rain......

 

Nothing stopping you from starting that thread. Although, there have already been quite a number of them.

Hope it doesn't take DOT that long to get around to the rest of it. If it does, we'll all be dead, buried, and forgotten by the time it happens.
