the reason new drivers are attracted to the mega carriers is they are the easiest to get on with. CFI isn't really any better than any other company either I know some drivers and ex drivers for them. Then again you'll always have the guys that swear by a company and then other guys that say stay away no matter who the company is.

or any other company that allows team driving during training. The driver gets more money and you get screwed over with close to zero training. Sounds like a losing situation for you.
. Schneider, among a few other companies, require the trainer to be in the passenger seat while you drive. You ain't getting training while you drive and the trainer sleeps in the bunk. . I went with Schneider after school. Maybe I am biased. Schneider has a lot of rules to follow but I found that most were common sense and safety oriented. If you go to Schneider or one of the better training companies, you will start your career by learning how to do things the right way and safely. Real training is something you can build a solid and successful career on. |
