New hos for Canada
Its to my understanding that on Jan 1 07 Canadians will adopt similar rules of hos as the USA. My question is we won't be able to drive 13 hours per day anymore, will the company compensate us for lost revenue? What happened is the US when they cut working hours back?

my understanding is in canada as of 01/07 the break time to reset hours is 36 instead of 34......and EVERY 2 weeks you must have at least a consecutive 24 hours off!

Our total number of hours will not change, we will stay at 13. (15 for us in the north)
The 36 hour reset is one change, as well as your day must be complete within 16 hours of starting. Oh and 10 hour break instead of 8. |
