Sorry im confusing ya. My point was that the federal "law makers" say its legal to run work 70 hrs in 5 days but on the other hand they say you can only work 60 hrs in 7 days. My point is that they are kinda contradicting themselves ya know? When I was running regional flatbed I would pretty much burn up my 70 by friday and go home for the weekend and reset, my company didnt run 7 days a week and in the dot's eyes it was all legal, the 60/7 rule didnt even come into effect. That is all I was trying to get across is that these frickin' regs are only in place to confuse people IMHO
