This officer from the department of Fisheries suspects that his neighbor is using dynamite to fish.

He casually asks him if he can go out with him in the boat and his neighbor says sure.

Out they go, and when they get to the middle of the lake, the neighbor takes out a stick of dynamite, lights it and tosses it to the Officer.

usually you have to pay your dues before you can get on a dedicated route... I've picked up a load from there that went all the way back to the Walmart in hermiston OR even though there are 3 other big GP's up there...
