An update,
I am still looking for help with the above loads, and to them I need to add these From Malvern,AR to Nauvoo,AL 366 miles 48,000 pounds lumber tarps required rate is $605 From Summervile,SC to Woodruff,SC 172 miles 47,000 pounds lumber NO tarps rate is $385

Another update. The customer for the SC load says that stepdecks are ok as long as they can carry the weight. I have managed a small increase in the rate as well $400. If you can't do it for this amount tell me - so I can communicate this to the customer. To do this I need hard numbers please.
