Easy snack, not sure if anyone already does this but I love to freeze the yoplait yogurts, they make the best ice cream with awesome flavors and lite ones if sugar is a problem. Not only that if you freeze them it takes longer to eat and by the time you finish you are full.

If you already do this Great but if not, try it, At home or on the road.

My kids like it too. I think the yogurt is healthier then ice cream anyway.

 

you can do that with the pudding cups too :wink: my fave is butterscotch

Another snack idea.....

I dont make cakes, kids never did seem to eat them fast enough, I always make muffins with the batter & freeze them. Allows me to have a variety of our favourite homemade cakes if I make different kinds each week.

 

Thnaks for the idea, i will try this, i like the yogurt but never tried this one.
