Default Fantastic Chicken on the Grill- any grill- charcoal or gas

Take chicken with the skin on- either whole or breast or dark meat- whatever you want- it won't get overcooked!

Rinse the chicken off with water.

Lay it out and sprinkle on both sides:
crushed chicken boillon
garlic pepper
garlic salt
seasoned salt (the dark red kind)
salt
pepper

Put on so much that you think you put on too much- cover those pieces!

Put it on the grill for about 30 minutes then pour some beer on it. Not light beer. Budweiser works well. If you can't do beer, just rely on worcestershire sauce. After you pour on the beer or w. sauce, flip the pieces. After another 30 minutes, put on some more beer or w. sauce. After this, just use w. sauce.

I put it on for about 1.5 hours. I know, it sounds like it's too long. But it's not. It will be moist and yummy.

Good stuff.

Never really thought of that!

I didn't think anyone would read this! I cooked this recipe up tonight- I actually got it from one of the truckers out at the Ontario West TA who was cooking it up good last week. He only did dark meat- I made it with the whole chicken. It was gooood! And the recipe goes against everything I ever believed about cooking chicken- salt? beer? over spicing? mmmmm!
