Start with yourself. Start with running, for example. It doesn't require any equipment.

I have a simple orbitrek. But I'd also like to have more equipment at home. I was suggested to address thane direct usa customer service for professional advice. When I visited the recommended site I saw good reviews about those guys. So maybe I'll add to my home gym soon.
