Default For Sccheider Drivers

My husband just started driving for Schneider. Just curious how many of you have made it past the 90 days?

Made it past the 1st year so your class is paid for?

What your grievences are with the company?

Any comments, suggestions .

Thanks and good luck to you all

Default Why no responses

There have been some views --even though I typed Schneider wrong-- but no comments. I am wondering why no one is responding.

Sorry Cheryle,

My husband doesn't drive for Schneider, So I don't have opinion. But I will respond so you don't think I ignored your question. Tip, you will get a much better response in the driver forum due to the higher cirrculation. Hope that helps

Thank you maybe I will try in a different area. After I posted it I thought maybe I had offended people or people just didnt want to say if it was not a good comment toward the company.

I am probably better off to just let it go.

I know the first year will be hard. He gets so frustrated and talks about quitting. I cant say to him the first year will be harder. He will explode !! He is looking for support and I dont want to say permission to just quit and try and find something local. I just tell him he has to do what he feels is right. Knowing that he is not a quitter. And that when the next load goes smooth--he won't talk about quitting.

He just passed his 90 days... so 9 months more to go !!! Count down..Time goes so frikken fast these days anyway.. So holding it together.

Thanks for being here. You always have such words of wisdom !!
