Awwww, man. I hate to hear that about the kind Dr. If you're in touch with him, give him my regards. I will keep him & his family in my thoughts.
|
Yes, please send my regards too. He's one of the best, and I have a lot of respect for that man.

Doctor Who was pulled off his tanker job due to, what the doctors claimed, a nervous breakdown. The poor guy is also suffering from seizures and severe depression. I guess I would be depressed too if I was told I would not drive or able to function normally again. I'm not sure what his family is going to do while the doctors try to find cures for the problems. Doc my prayers are with you, I wish there was more I can do. Night Rider WHAT?? Please tell me this is a not so funny joke. THIS IS NOT FUNNY!! Doc, if you are not well then I wish that you get well very soon. |
Doc you and your family are in my thoughts praiers.

I'd believe the ORNARY part!! Now, for those with TRISKAIDEKAPHOBIA, try to have a good day!!!! |
Isn't that the fear of the number 13?
While I'm on that subject, wouldn't Monday the 13th be scarier than Friday the 13th? I mean, Mondays are horrifying enough as it is, right? ;) |
Thats no joke. School is always the hardest on Mondays.

I must say that this room with the brown Naugahyde padding, single light bulb hanging from the ceiling and mattress on the floor is becoming quite comfortable. I'm just glad they took that bloody jacket with the funny sleeves off of me!!!! I do sit and ponder just how many Naugas it took to make the padding cover... Those poor little critters  |
if you don't mind, whats a nauga?
|
A Nauga is in the same line as a Moot and they are both in the Aretheyforreal category in Zoology.
They are very mysterious sorts of creatures, a rather shy lot with very little contact with humankind but yet they do bring puzzlement to scholars as they ponder: How many Moots does it take to make a point and as was asked earlier in the century, how many Naugas does it take to make a Naugahyde cover??? Questions to be asked in Biology class!!!! Oh lookie here: PAGE 18 |
I wish more people were like the mother and son at this accident
No comments about the trucking company.... |

Oh come on!!! A Moot is a very small fuzzy animal with a pointy nose and very tiny feet that leave very little prints that come to a point.
There are a few Moot farms in the southwest and they try to temper the evil in the Moot but a Moot can get real mean when it is pissed off. Nothing worse than a Moot that is pissed. |

That is from Limelight, and is 'borrowed' from the play 'As You Like It', which has the line, "All the world's a stage, And all the men and women merely players".
Neil tends to look up to writers. He's a former English professor, if you didn't know.

"Limelight" Oh, Yea I know, He is awsome, Rush is my favorite all time band, Alex Lifeson guitar style is like no other, Geddy Lee has got to be one of the best Bass Players ever, and of course Neil Peart has been and I think always will be the best Percussionist of all time, Not to mention they all have great minds. |

Oh Doctor when did you change your undercover name and avatar? I just wish the folks in this place will stop making me wear the jacket with the weird sleeves. It's a real bear trying to type using a pencil held in my mouth!!! I wonder if it's because I keep telling the Psychiatrist that the voices aren't real but they sure have some good ideas!!! |
ok, now I am straight. All of my questions about these "moots" and "naugas" have been answered, so back on subject!
|
Subject?!?!?!?! There is no subject hence the title: A Topic About Nothing!
The jacket was finally removed but can't quite figure out why some 400 pound dude put all these tiny wires on my head and heart. I wonder what is coming up next.... OUCH, I just got zapped hmmm, ELECTRIC SHOCK THERAPY!!! This should be quite enjoyable. I just enjoy being a human magnet! :D |
Is all this really happening to you?
|
Yeah, but it's nothing.

If so, then this topic is almost but not quite, entirely unlike something. All information is useful in at least one form or another all depending on the person searching for a clue to some information which may or may not contain NOTHING within the original piece of information... Ooops!
That's the second time I've gotten in trouble for answering a post on page 3 of 19!! Should've waited til I read the whole thing. No offense intended Dr.! So.... they think you've lost your mind? Oh well, it was nothing! :P Don't worry. Half the world is crazy.... and the other half is insanely jealous! Besides, if it's any consolation.... only brilliant people get to go insane! And you, sir, are brilliant! |

Sahd that the Siberian Husky/Wolf mix dog I have talks to me he decided I needed a "safe" place to be. Half the world is definitely insane and thank you for the complement... |

Really didn't have much of a mind to lose, it kept wandering off so much it was getting hard to tell when it came back... Yeah... they say, "A mind is a terrible thing to waste." I don't know. I'm living proof that one can function AND drive without one! Hope to see you out here with us again soon! All these "sane" types in their 55 mph governed trucks are starting to remind me of "The Body Snatchers!" |
I have a huge comment on something! The comment is,---NOTHING!
|
An aging hippie whom by the way is an Elitist who misses Scratch and Sniff Ads, was in dire need of a brain transplant.
Wilst shopping at Parts 'r Us........looking at available brains..... this one was a Doctors brain....yours for only $40,000.00 and here we have an exceptional brain from a Rocket Scientist...for $50,000.00. Being an Elistist....he wanted the very best.....oh...yes sir....let's proceed then to the VAULT. Here sir is our very finest.....a Trucker's brain...your's for $100,000.00 ........ :? ....why so much for a Trucker's brain...he inquired? Oh....it's never been used. http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c2...d10/Alfred.jpg ..........there is nothing going on here...move along...please. |
