Big Diesel what you do is nothing heck I have made a special target on one of my FPS called Big Deisel and let me say putting a Dragon ATM thru your avator makes me feel good.

Better, why don't we return to morals that prevent the pregnacy. As in, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

I saw the same news report on the Merck case on ABC this evening. Of course they admit no wrong doing, that’s the standard cop out from corporate America.
Also, to Merck, $671 Million is a drop in the bucket. One of my best friends is a rep for like the number 4 drug maker, they got in a class action lawsuit for a drug they marketed for years that causes cancer,. They simply wrote a check for $3 BILLION, no sweat, business as usual. They are more fearful of some sort of price controls in the Medicare/Medicaid programs than a few silly lawsuits.

No company will EVER admit they are guilty why creates LEGAL PRECEDENT in this country that can and would be used against them in the future. Think about would Boeing would ever admit they build an unsafe airplane HELL no because if they did they would be screwed in the future.
