Fozzy it is a well known fact in Congress that Bush has NEVER ONCE PUT THE COST OF THE MILITARY ACTIONS IN EITHER AFGHANASTAN OR IRAQ ON THE BUDGET WHY DO YOU THINK HE ALWAYS HAS TO COME BACK TO CONGRESS AND ASK FOR MORE MONEY THAT WAY HE CAN GO EITHER FUND THE TROOPS OR YOU ARE NOT FUNDING THEM. I looked at my last EEG bill and they were payed 90 dollars by Medicare for that test I then looked at what they were payed 2 years ago on some of my older ones. 2 Years ago Medicare was paying 300 dollars for an EEG now they are paying 90 for the same test. Also they are not paying for alot of tests they used to even 2 years ago why I asked my Neuro about it simple Bush has cut back Medicare payments to Doctors to the bone to the point were some will not even take NEW Patients.

The numbers given are for 2004 and 2005, this is 2008.
Which procedure was done? Any location varibles on payments? Co-pays?

A Standard EEG is what I am talking about that takes 41-60 mins. now if they coded it for video then it was higher payments I have no clue heck I only get the EOB. I just know though from looking at the Budget from this year Bush is cutting Medicare and Medicad in total Money budgeted along with any money for Low income heating assistance.

The president only “suggests” a budget, Congress actually allocates the money. But Bush’s new budget proposal is already “dead on arrival.”
Is Bush suggesting a actual decrease in monetary spending on Medicare/Medicaid in 2008 versus 2007 OR is he suggesting a reduction in the “rate of growth” of Medicare/Medicaid. Two different things.

The government's JOB is to fund the military.. the Government has never been responsible in ANY way for private citizens healthcare, food or housing. If they have to take from those who are not protecting the country and adding ZERO to the country and give it to those who are actively fighting and living abroad to protect them.. Fozzy I am not an ENTILEMENT LEECH. After I devloped my condtion I tried TO WORK AT ANY AND EVERY JOB I COULD TO STAY OFF THE GOVERMENT ROLLS GUESS WHAT MY EPILEPSY WORSENED. When it got to the point of 2 sometimes 3 GTC's a day I made the decision to stop working and try for disability and got it and it was the hardest choice of my life. I would much rather be working than at home.
