Guess what - your "small sampling", by your own defenition, is completely and utterly meaningless.

I just took a "small sampling" of CAD, and found that the consensus was that you know nothing and are completely wrong about everything.

Hobo, I think your post brought up some excellent points. Many of them related to tax loopholes and tax law. One of the reasons I supported Fred Thompson and then Mike Huckabee is that they both support abolishing the IRS and moving to a Fair Tax system. Moving to this system would be, well, fair. I just finished my return today and it's just ridiculous the amount of forms and calculations that are involved.

In regards to the political climate it all boils down to the extremes. It seems that the best we can do when selecting candidates is to pick the far left or far right. Bill Clinton, and his wife, were just as polarizing as Bush is. Hell, I'm a conservative and I can't stand Bush(whom I voted for twice). A lot of Republicans feel he has destroyed the party and has alienated the very people who voted him into office. His inaction can be pointed out in more than one instance. He's quite honestly pissed off Democrats and Republicans alike.

But in November, when faced with a far left Dem or a far right Rep, I have to go with the right. Now, this time around it will most likely be a moderate Rep. The more I look at his voting record and stances on the issues, the more I will most likely vote for him in the Texas primary and again in November. One of my biggest concerns is his age.

I surely do not get the Obama "change crusade." That guy is a real saleman and should be commended. But what most people fail to realize is he's a Chicago far left Democrat. Very liberal and with a Democrat controlled Congress I dread what he or Clinton could do. After seeing the train wreck the Reps did with a Rep controlled Congress and a Rep President, I don't ever want to see that again. There has to be checks and balances and no party should have the run of the house. Someone has to be able to stop wreckless legislation.

It's no different than the Democrat "Vote Change" campaign of 2006. The supposed "change" was voted, and we were left with more of the same. The only thing that campaigns such as Obama's do is to motivate those people who would already vote for that candidate.

He bought his house from the Biggest Ploitcal Fixer in Chicago Rezko plus the lot next to him for around 400 GRAND less than FAIR MARKET PRICE DURING THE HEIGHT OF THE REAL ESTATE BOOM. If the bill has a hard one on any issue he VOTES PRESENT will not make the descion to oppose or support it. He plays the race card at any chance he can yet when he gets called on it screams the other person is a racist. His church is so reverse racist makes the KKK and the Arayian Brotherhood look like the Boy scouts. His church will require him to have an ALL BLACK ADMINISTRATION AND THEN PUNISH ANY AND ALL WHITES FOR ANY PERCIVED INJUSTICE. Read their ten commandments it requires LOYALTY TO AFRICA FIRST then AMERICA.

He will be dogmeat in the General election simply because he is so young Mc Cain will eat him alive. HIllary on the other hand all her stuff is in the past and already in the open from Bill being in the White house.

Google his Church then look in their website. The Rezko deal was in the Chicago Sun Times his trial starts March 3rd. His Voting record is a public record and a source of discontent I mean take a stand on an issue. People remember when some of our National Guard Units came back from Iraq the Governor and Obama showed up Obama HAULED BUTT AS SOON AS THE CAMERAS LEFT. Our Governor who NO ONE CAN STAND STAYED SHOOK EVERY SOLIDERS HAND ANSWERED ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS AND THEN CREATED THE WELCOME HOME PROGRAM WERE FOR THE FIRST 18 MONTHS AFTER THEY COME HOME AFTER DOING A COMBAT TOUR THEY GET THE MENTAL HEP NEEDED TO READJUST TO NOT BEING SHOT AT.
