Like the D3 better! Though the D9 is a monster!

Operators are a bit like artists, the world is their drawing board. Here's a video of my favorite 2 mph hotrod! Every inch I move is a work of art when pouring concrete. Loud is an understatement that no video fully captures. The Duetz engine hammers so loud I have no choice but to wear headphones with music to drown it out some. The operator is basically in their own world, you can't hear a thing up there, its kinda great! This is not me or my company but is what I do often when not driving a truck: https://youtu.be/tfqCbJtA5AU.

I use to manhandle a real wild concrete machine myself.
I don't know what a concrete buffer is? but we would call this thing where I live, a power trowel.

We call those the "walk behind trowel machine" or "walk behinds" for short. Others around here call them Trowel Machines. I've taken a havdle to the back on one of those. ***** was supposed to hold the handle for me while I pull started it to make certain it was working right........yeah he didn't hold it, it fired on the first pull and drilled me with the end of the handle in the lower back. Had a nice bruise for a couple of weeks. Our ding dongs tend to hit pipes with them that are cutoff an inch above the finished floor and shear an arm. Those suckers are a bit fickle to run at times. All about your hand pressures on the handle to make it move, or get lazy and it will drag you all over the slab! Those things really need a kill switch similar to jet skis, you step away and it shuts down automatically.

The ride on ones are really cool! That video has what looks like an 8 footer right behind the gone wild walk behind. Very first one we got, our head slab guy drove it right off the slab 30 seconds after starting it! Talk about life savers, well, back savers! Can't even imagine doing some of the large slabs we do without these power tools!

I would never call these machines "buffers." Today, the industry has such a thing as buffed concrete and machines like this are not used to buff it.
