They have set up a dispatching service (PDO Logistics) where they're supposed to only be charging a percentage per load. They are booking loads off load boards through other brokers and creating fake rate sheets through their broker division. So on top of that percentage they're also adding a commission. Beware of the factoring company they work with who is in on it and making sure to pay the dispatch company directly so that they can rob the drivers of their true rate.
