It was texting while driving to begin with, but now they want to come after everything they deem a distraction on the driver.
Canada is going nazi too, nudge-nudge-nudge.
First it will be the assault cb's, then your OTHER iPod earbud.

The article you linked earlier was from 2010.

And for the record, the CB is governed by the FCC, not the FMCSA. HAM radio has been battling this for a few years now.
