Question for drivers that don't directly interact with customer (shipper or broker) through a dispatch. How does the driver know how much he/she will be paid? Is it part of a carrier-O/O agreement that drivers will get paid a certain way based on the load details or does it change from load to load? If not, how do driver keep track of what they are owed for a load and how the payment was broken down?

It all depends on your company, are you working for them now or just might work for them? You really need to ask them, that way you'll know for sure.
