I love the Tow Truck sign in the background there. Must of been a silly Brit who can't read French very well.

Article I read this morning said the subway entrance was not well marked. Good thing he was driving a car, not a truck.

Entrance to the Channel Tunnel not well marked either Leonard; hope the silly sod does not head for that! :-)

Reminds me of a load I went to pick up in LaCrosse, WI. I didn't have any kind of "sat nav". I was following the directions given to me by the receptionist. She neglected to tell me that it was the way she gets to work, and she drives a 4-WHEEL ATV. She also neglected to tell me about the 10 foot high bridge I could not get past (and the customer just on the other side). I got some backing practice that day, and delivered the load a couple of hours later.

LOL..One time when doing S.T.G.O work, I had a sixteen foot wide load on the trailer(A boat) and was being escorted by police around country roads in Worcestershire. An artic coming the other way was instructed by police to reverse blind side into a really narrow lane, I mean like centimetres to spare either side, and on a horrible angle too. The driver told police "I only passed my test last week"...Poor lamb! He did it though :-)
