America's Oldest Teenager Dead at 82
I was saddened to hear that Dick Clark died this morning of a massive heart attack. It is difficult to believe that he was 82 years old. After his stroke, he was never quite the same, but he was ALWAYS a gentleman and well mannered. He helped to change the way we listen to music and launched many musical careers on his American Bandstand. He will be missed.

I don't ever remember hearing even a hint of scandal about Dick Clark. That is very unusual in the entertainment business. He didn't look anywhere near his age, even after the stroke.
