Petro, Raphine, VA
I just saw that Petro opened a location on I-81, x205 in Raphine, VA. That's the same exit as the Wilco & Whites. Did Petro build a completely new location or did they take over one of the existing truckstops there?

When I went thru there about a month and a half ago I didn't see any new building going up. Sounds like they bought one out.

Someone on the Celadon facebook page said they took over White's. I guess things didn't work out for the Lee Hi owner like he'd planned.
BTW - I posted about a year ago how bad the food was when I stopped there. Maybe I started it. LOL

You know, now that I think back I do remember seeing a Petro sign over the White's lot or at least I think it was the White's lot. It may have been that Petro came in behind White's, to the South, and took over the old lot there that was a freight company. I want to say it was a Southeast or Yellow lot and building and Petro may have taken that.....

There was a Yellow Freight lot behind White's. The owner of Lee Hi may have just gotten a franchise for Petro if they didn't build another one behind White's. We could use another decent size truck stop on I-81.
