I am a new graduate of a CDL school. I have not worked as a driver since. I have HazMat and valid class A. Why is it that companies are saying they won't hire three months after graduation? What can I do? I really need to get hired.

I am surprised that you have not found a job. I would keep knocking on doors. One is bound to open sooner or later. If you have a clean mvr and work history and are of the right age, then you should be able to find something.

I take it that it's been more than 3 months since you graduated? The longer you wait the harder to find a job, they figure you've lost what little exp. you had. Just keep trying and if nothing turns up soon you may have to go back to the school and take a refresher course.
