You mean the part about training bosses?
It's not that I have a set strategy when I start a new job or anything. I just try and do a good job every day. I've been self employed for years and years and started "working for the other guy" a few years ago. My boss and I got along famously until a couple of months ago when he made a totally unreasonable request and called me on the phone to unload on me when I didn't do it.
I reminded him how I'm willing to go the extra mile time and again and save money for the company every chance I get and I don't deserve to be talked to like that. Long and the short of it is he knows I'm leaving and he's being oh so nice in an effort to get me to stay.
