Default Head-on, truck not at fault

Absolutely no reaction time for it, hit the car going just below 60 mph, both drivers survived.

the young lady was charged with 'dangerous driving' sounds like a minor infraction for that! I dont see why he overturned tho, but we cant see the damage caused to the trucks front end in the collision...

The trailer ran up and over the car, that's why he flipped over along with his slight yank of the steering wheel to attempt to avoid her. Remember they drive on the right side, that's the only reason she wasn't killed in the car, he ran over what would have been the drivers side here but it's the passenger side in the UK. They seem to charge anyone with dangerous driving for the most minor issue's, it's a very minor infraction charge for what happened here.
