Just look at what fun I miss from home...
This gem happened in my home town. Mind you, it's a town of AT BEST 2,000 people:
MANNINGTON -- A Marion County woman turned herself in on Friday for a shooting that happened earlier in the week. Lisa Lee Lytle, 44, is being charged with wanton endangerment involving a firearm.
Lytle was arraigned by Magistrate Hank Middlemas According to the criminal complaint, a naked man was masturbating while standing in front of Lytle's residence on November 29. Lytle grabbed a 9 mm pistol, and walked outside to confront the man. The man ran to his truck, and Lytle fired three shots, one which hit the man in his right leg, according to court documents. The man went to Fairmont General Hospital, and had a severe fracture to his right femur. The criminal complaint also says the man admitted to exposing himself to Lytle the previous week. The Marion County Sheriff's Department is still investigating the shooting, and has not arrested the man involved in the incident. Lytle is out on bond. I'm feeling homesick now...

After I posted this, I remembered the story from the town 10 miles from Mannington where a guy broke into someones house and was caught - having sex with the family dog...

Nope you can do it in Florida as well. If some makes you feel as if your safety is in danger you have the right to fire upon them, however it is in your best intrest to mke sure they do not survive and that there are some witness's to the events leading up to the shooting

I honestly don't think what the guy in the news was going to fire off would put her life in jeopardy, though. However, I would've shot the idiot myself.
