CB trash talk
On September 22, 2010, Sgt. K.W. Mundy monitored profane language on a CB radio. Upon further investigation, Mitchel T. Moreno, 49, of Lakewood, Colorado, was charged with using profane language over a public airway. He was released on a summons with an October 13, 2010 court date.
I always figured nothing ever came of that BS, not so in Caroline County, VA it looks like. Big Brother might be listening and that person you pick a fight with might just be a cop.
